What We Offer

Initial Client Assessments: Client Assessments are offered for new clients, and are a wonderful introduction to Pilates. In this assessment we talk through any wellness goals, injuries or concerns that may need attention or modification in class. We also go through the basics of Pilates technique and talk about which style of class will be suit you. Clients often feel more comfortable and confident joining a class after a 1:1 session. 

Pilates Mat: The foundation of Pilates technique starts on the Mat! Classes focus on breath work, alignment, establishing and developing Pilates technique, such as core activation as well as strengthening muscles, improving mobility and stretching. Our Matwork classes use a variety of small props to add challenge and interest. 

Pilates Equipment: Our studio is a full equipment studio and sessions utilise all Pilates apparatus. Equipment sessions are individualised with programs designed around specific goals or needs. Equipment Pilates uses resistance based machines to increase muscle strength, mobility and flexibility, and as they are so versatile they can be used to help with a wide range of injuries and rehabilitation.

Pilates + : Pilates Plus is a class for women aged 50+ with a focus on building muscle mass, strengthening bones, joint mobility and balance. Pilates based exercises are combined with weights, resistance bands, fit balls and other props, as well as use of the Pilates apparatus. 

Pre and Postnatal Pilates: Pre natal clients are welcome in all classes, where your experienced instuctor will guide you through a pregnancy based program, addressing an individual needs. Pilates is a wonderful form of movement during pregnancy , with its focus on correct Pelvic Floor activation, posture and stretching you really do feel wonderful after class.
Postnatal classes are run with demand, and are a safe and gentle way to ease the body into movement after pregnancy and birth, as well as help with any postpartum Diastasis Recti, pelvic floor dysfunction and general aches and pains.
