Liz has over 10 years experience in the Pilates Industry, and prior to this worked as a dancer/dance teacher. She has dedicated her life to studying human movement and teaching bodies to move well! Nothing gives her greater joy then seeing client’s individual progress, and hearing that they are living with more energy, more movement and pain free.
