We offer a variety of classes, including mat Pilates, equipment Pilates, and specialty classes like prenatal and postnatal Pilates, Pilates for active ageing, and more.
Absolutely. Your experienced instructor will guide you through your class with care. Modifications for all exercises are given. You are more then welcome to book a trial Mat class with us, however we recommend a Client Assessment prior to a group class for equipment sessions or if you have any injuries or concerns.
Our classes are booked in 10 Week blocks (similar to terms) however you’re welcome to join at any time throughout the block. There’s no need to re-book, you’re automatically booked into your class continuously, so you’ll always have your spot! Please contact via the homepage or email for availability.
Rebates for Pilates classes are now available with some Health Funds and levels of cover. If you’re eligible classes are receipted for you to be able to claim.
